To ensure you a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstandings, we kindly request that you observe the following house rules. With your check in it's implied that you are familiar with the house rules and that you agree with them.
Ã At your Arrival in the HOTEL EMEI please report to the reception staff or call the telephone number 003862 461 78 11 and 0038640834340 The check in is only possible with the presentation of identification documents of all guests or with the prompt payment.

Ã The room which has been reserved shall be made available to the guest at 2,00
Ã The reserved room is at guests disposal till In case you didn’t appeared till that time and if nothing else were agreed, has the Hotel staff the right to let that room further. If the guest arrives after the agreed time without notifying the Hotel owner , we offer you another, in that time available room.
Ã If you would like your room to be available already in the morning, you’ll be charged also for the last night, because the room couldn’t be let further, on account of the early hour.
Ã On the day of departure, the guests shall vacate the room by , otherwise they will be asked to pay for another day's stay.
Ã Hotel EMEI offers accommodation with self-service breakfast:
*from till 9,00 a.m.
For all the other meals (lunch and dinner) agree or order food that is scheduled for this day.
Dinner is served from 6,30 p.m. till 8,00 p.m.
ÃTo accommodate overnight visitors that are not registered Hotel Emei guests is prohibited.
Ã You can deposit all your valuable things in the safe in your hotel room, free of charge. We do not take any responsibility in case of loss or damage of your goods. But we will try to do everything necessary to protect it and to warn you against any possible risk.

Ã Please honor other guests of Hotel Emei, as you would want them to honor you.
Ã To bring your own food and drinks to the Hotel room is prohibited. .
Ã Please do not damage or remove any of the hotel properties. We also kindly request not to move the furnishings.
Ã The quest is responsible for all the damage caused by himself, the persons his responsible for and his visitors.
Ã Smoking is only allowed in outside-areas and in special smoking rooms (in the reastaurant Emei next-door). In all the other hotel areas and rooms is smoking prohibited.
Ã Fire-regulations: All the fire regulations, emergency exits, fire alarm locations and fire fire extinguishers are displayed and signed accordingly to regulations, on several fire sectors. Please act accordingly to fire regulations and staff directions.
Ã The use of heaters and cooking appliances in hotel rooms is prohibited due to the fire safety.
Ã To bring inflammables, explosives or materials with strong or unpleasant odour to the hotel room is prohibited.
Ã In case of intentionally triggered fire alarm, without a reasonable cause or due to smoking, cooking etc., in spaces where this actions are prohibited, the responsible person will be charged for the firequard intervention.
Ã Parkingplace: The Hotel Emei is not responsible for all kind of damages, burglaryor theft.
Ã Unfortunately are animals in Hotel Emei not allowed.
Ã Important! Alcohol consumption is restricted to the catering part of the hotel – the restaurant. Storage of alcohol, consumption and storage of drugs or fire arms is prohibited. In case of not taking regard to the rules, will the hotel staff confiscate the prohibited goods and ifnorm the police.
Ã Supervision over consideration of hotel regulations is conducted by:
*Property owner and manager
*Hotel Emei staff
Mentioned above are permitted to check up consideration of hotel regulations without prior notice.
Ã Following measures will be taken in case of violation of hotel regulations:
*Prohibited entry to Hotel Emei premises
*Temporary confiscation of aggravating objects
*Removal from Hotel Emei premises
*Refund claim due to caused damage and loos of revenue
*Proceedings will be taken to find the responsible person for the offence.
Ã The sum of money caused by damage defines the Hotel management, accordingly to the realistic material expenses. Any other disputes that can’t be resolved in agreement with the Hotel management, will be resolved with proceedings before the competent court in
Ã You are welcome to fill in your complaints or praises, concerning accommodation or incorrect behavior sides the hotel staff, to the Book of impressions at the reception
